This is the first year in a long time where, early in the season, I can remember having a pretty good idea which two teams would play in the Super Bowl and then those two teams actually making it to the Super Bowl. Analyzing the Most Important Super Bowl Prop Bets
Every year there are several prop bets related to the Super Bowl, ranging from the length of the national anthem to the coin toss to the player who will win the MVP award. But those prop bets are all boring and don’t leave much to the imagination. Continue reading

Ladies and gentlemen, this is Kasey Lawrence:
Kasey has been known to enjoy a drink on the couch from time to time:
Or a nice recreational puzzle.

The great thing about airport bars is that they always have “tall” options.
For example, I just ordered an Anchor Steam hoping for a nice cold pint, but was offered the “tall” version instead.
Because I’m a living human being and I enjoy beer, I gladly accepted.
Channeling My Inner Mike McDermott
I leave for Las Vegas tomorrow. I’m very much looking forward to this. Continue reading
Storming the Court and What It Says About College Basketball Programs
Let’s make one thing clear off the bat. Storming the court is great.
Anyone who loves college basketball is lying if they tell you they’ve never dreamt of storming the court as a kid. The passion displayed by the fans — most notably the students — is what makes college basketball great.
There are also specific instances where storming the court is more appropriate than others. Continue reading
